Went to my cousin's 21st b'day bash after tuition. It was held at a function room at some church building. Man, there had to be at least forty people there excluding us family members. Lotsa food, mingling around and basically doing stupid stuff with the bunch of cousins (as usual). =) Did i mention that my younger cousin(pri 6) is taller than me??? Stupid ass can't stop gloating throughout the whole party. Lol. AND PEH BOK KIAT WAS THERE! (pardon me if i spelt his name wrongly), but yea, the econs lecturer. Omg omg omg. I had to hide before my cousin could drag me to him. Just to clear any doubts, my beloved cousin was my SAJC senior. Direct senior to be exact, cos he used to be from SFC as well. =)) Haha. So basically, half of the ppl he invited today were ex-SAJCians batches ago. Cool.Yea, after the food, there was this get together session with a mini praise and worship, expected, since he's such a staunch christian. Some really sweet song dedications and messages from friends, topped up with a touching video cum powerpoint put together by his ex classmates and army buddies. The best moment came when my cousin had to give a speech near the end. After thankin all of us (by name... so sweet), he started to talk about his growing up days. The entire family were touched. His sis and i were huddled tgt and sniffling like mad, much to the disgust of my pri-6-but-alr-very-tall cousin -.-" Sorry lah. we're emotional by nature. Haha. But well, you can pratically feel our pride, being in the same family as him. Lets see. This cousin of mine, he's the epitome of goodness, despite the fact that he didn't grow up in a well... very perfect family. He went through what other kids would not normally have to face, but still, grew to be this god-loving, family-loving, young gentlemen. His character is almost flawless. I think my aunt would be really proud of him if she were still around.Anyway, everyone started to cheer up soon enough cos we were in for a surprise. He sang a duet dedicated to us with a "good friend". He can't sing for nuts. =)) And right at the end of the song, he revealed that the "good friend" and him are attached! It took her by surprise and we could tell she was really touched. Haiz.... now we cousins cant come up with any more speculation and scandals liao. Wasted. But still.... It was really sweet. Haha. My grandma couldn't stop smiling.All in all, i'm glad to be in this ultra supportive and fun-loving family <3They rawk my life.
